A Japanned chinoiserie tripod tilt-top table with a square tit-top, decorated in gilt with chinoiserie scenes on a black background. Made from wood with a turned central column and three splayed legs. A wonderful example of a late Regency oriental piece of furniture. Some wear and tear on the surface consistent with its age, but good and stable.
